Dougarie Estate
Dougarie Estate is located on the west cost of Arran between the villages of Machrie and Pirnmill. Our business focuses on hospitality providing residential holiday lettings along with a wedding/events venue “The Boathouse at Dougarie”.
We are in the process of our organic conversion which will see our farm achieve its organic certification in 2023 with the aim of being able to offer organic meat to local suppliers.
Our guests are able to catch their own sea food on organised fishing trips throughout the summer months as well as going on nature tours to learn more about Arran’s ecology and natural environment.
